At Spirit Leased we offer a range of flexible agreements. We have traditional Tenancy and Lease agreements with a number of different pricing bands and discounts. We generally operate with a beer and cider tie arrangement with wines, spirits and minerals being free of tie, however we also consider free of tie options. Our preferred agreement which works for you and us is our new Turnover agreement where you pay a fixed rent and a percentage of turnover. The products you buy from us are at free of tie pricing and there are no rent reviews or annual RPI increases. With all our agreements you get access to a huge range of real ale, draught lager and cider brands as well as craft beers.
